Question library
Choose an owner question.
Every example uses fictional records and a prepared answer.

Record names appear after you ask.
02 / The method
An answer you can trace.
A useful answer shows what supports it, what remains unknown, and what needs confirmation.
Where it fits
A bridge between records and decisions.
Your existing tools and professionals still have their jobs.
Keep the books.
Use it for entries, reconciliation, and financial reports. The underlying records and categories still need review.
Work through an idea.
Useful for discussion and drafting. Check the specific records supplied and the basis for any answer.
Connect the context.
Build scoped workflows around records you approve, with dated sources and open questions you can inspect.
If a standard report answers your question, start there. Financial Brain is most useful when the answer depends on records, history, and people spread across places.
- Certify your books
- Decide tax, legal, lending, or investment matters
- Know what was never provided
03 / Your Brain, your choices
You decide what goes in.
Try a source selection. The preview changes to show what those records might help answer and what they cannot establish. The answer examples above stay fixed while you explore inputs.
Example source choices
Toggle the records an owner might approve for a scoped implementation.
Available sources and connections are agreed during setup. This illustration is not a connection request.
Support begins when you contact us. Your professionals continue to make legal, tax, accounting, lending, and investment decisions.
04 / Getting started
From your first question to a useful routine.
Jay and James guide a scoped implementation, then teach the owner or approved joint owners who share ownership of the same records how to use it.
Who guides the work
Financial context meets practical systems.
Jay Bhakta helps define the financial questions, entities, and professional context. James Guldan builds workflows that make an answer inspectable and repeatable. Together, they help you validate a useful first workflow and learn how to use it.

05 / Common questions
What would you want to know?
Open the questions you would ask before trusting a system with important records.
Is this a live product demo?
No. This walkthrough demonstrates the intended experience with invented sample records. It is not a live run from the current product.
How is this different from ChatGPT or accounting software?
Financial Brain is designed around the records and context you approve, with a scoped workflow that shows the supporting source and unresolved gaps. It does not replace your accounting system; that system may be one agreed source.
Can Financial Brain answer anything?
The Brain can grow with the records and workflows you approve. We start with a few high-value questions, validate the answer against sources, then expand deliberately. Its answer is limited by what has been loaded and what the records establish.
How do I know where an answer came from?
Open a source link beside the finding. This walkthrough shows an excerpt of the sample record behind it. In an implementation, we validate the agreed workflow against the owner's records and keep unresolved differences visible.
What if a record is missing or wrong?
The answer should show the gap or disagreement and point to the source. “Not found” means not present in the reviewed set; it does not prove the record does not exist elsewhere. You and your professionals confirm high-stakes facts.
Does it replace my CPA, attorney, or advisor?
No. It helps you locate records, understand recorded facts, and prepare better questions. Your professionals apply their judgment and remain responsible for professional conclusions. You can export a result or share your screen while you remain in control.
Who can access my Brain?
The owner or approved joint owners who share ownership of the same records can access the Brain. After handoff, our team does not retain your owner access key. If you need help, support is initiated by you.
Do you connect every account and message automatically?
No. You choose the sources to include, and available connections are agreed during setup. Some information may be loaded as documents rather than through an ongoing connection.
How do records stay current?
We agree on available ongoing sources, update responsibilities, and a review rhythm during implementation. The Brain cannot establish facts from records it has not received.
What do I receive first?
A scoped initial workflow, with agreed records, a validated first answer, and coaching for the owner or approved joint owners who share ownership of the same records. The exact deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, and cost belong in your proposal.
Can I take my data with me?
Your source records remain yours. The agreed handoff and export details for the configured Brain should be written into the implementation proposal rather than assumed from this simulation.
How long does setup take, and what does it cost?
That depends on the first questions, available records, source complexity, and coaching scope. We define deliverables, timing, responsibilities, and price in a proposal before implementation.
What happens after it is installed?
We validate the first workflows, teach the owner or approved joint owners who share ownership of the same records a practical usage rhythm, and define how approved information stays current. Further questions and expansion can be scoped later.
Your first question is the starting point
Bring the question your current reports cannot settle.
Start with one meaningful question. The first conversation identifies the approved records, definitions, people, acceptance criteria, timing, and price needed to scope it.
